Great Falls Construction employs rigorous quality control and safety procedures throughout each project to ensure that we deliver high-quality projects and prevent any accidents from happening.
To accomplish this, Great Falls has developed a quality control system that sets explicit requirements for each part of the project throughout the entire building process.
From material selection to sub-contractor requirements, work standards, jobsite audits, and project close-out processes, we adhere to a detailed documented set of written standards and guidelines, strictly implemented by each Project Manager.
Our Safety Program includes weekly and task-specific safety meetings, daily safety inspections, onsite safety compliances, daily house-keeping, machine and equipment training. All procedures are geared to ensure safe working conditions for our staff, our subcontractors, and the public.
