Built a 300-sq. ft. lakeside boathouse on top of an existing structure, which was reinforced to allow the new camp to be erected on top.  Installed 100% custom fir millwork throughout the interior. The home includes loft storage, custom windows, and an architecturally appealing outdoor deck with balcony.
