Construction of an addition, plus interior remodeling of a 127-year-old police station
 in Winthrop, Maine

The historic buildings interior was taken back to the studs to accommodate new office space with update all of the finishes. Two new garage bays were added at the rear side of the building and the exterior materials were carefully selected to match the existing facility.

The building had a complete upgrade of electrical and mechanical systems to meet todays energy efficency standards.

The entrance stairs and ramps were replaced to meet current ADA standards.
