Project – Bayley’s Lobster Pound

The Bayley's Lobster Pound project included the demolition of an existing retail space and re-construction of new Lobster Pound and retail store facility.  Some specialty finishes to the building include a metal roof system, exterior walls received 4” spray foam insulation, insulated windows were selected to handle the ocean environmental conditions.  The concrete floors received additional water repellent applications with a non-skid aggregate treatment.

Some interior finishes included center bead paneling, all new custom cabinets, and the installation of new coolers, ceramic tile floors, plus new mechanical systems and piping systems for lobster tanks. The exterior received additional parking spaces with new asphalt surface.
