Addition to and renovation work on an existing office building

Great Falls removed the existing front entrance roof and installed a two-story stairway with an elevator system. The renovation included new fit-up work throughout a 4,000-sq. ft. area (two stories) to accommodate new tenants. All electrical and mechanical upgrades to the existing system were installed to meet the demands of the new tenants. Exterior finishes included new entrance doors, masonry work, lighting, windows, roofing, and metal siding.
