Site work and construction of the first assisted living facility for the chronically homeless in York County. This energy-efficient building was equipped with flex-fuel boiler, photovoltaic panels for electricity, and solar panels for domestic hot water services. Construction included all cabinetry and millwork for 8 new apartments within the facility.
