Quality Control & Safety
Great Falls Construction employs rigorous quality control and safety procedures throughout each construction project to ensure that we deliver high quality projects and prevent any accidents from happening.
To accomplish this, Great Falls has developed a quality control system that sets explicit requirements for each part of the project throughout the entire building process. From material selection to sub-contractor requirements, work standards, jobsite audits, and project close-out processes, we adhere to a detailed documented set of written standards and guidelines, strictly implemented by each Project Manager.
Safety Program:
Our Safety Program includes weekly and task-specific safety meetings, daily safety inspections, onsite safety compliances, daily house-keeping, machine and equipment training. All procedures are geared to ensure safe working conditions for our staff, our subcontractors, and the public.
Quality Control Process:
Assessing compliance to the quality control requirements is straight forward. The first step is to verify the written contracts, jobsite inspections, use of approved materials, and records of qualified installers. The next step involves detailed jobsite audits to observe workmanship, use of materials, and quality control procedures.
