Site work for the addition of a full-service kitchen and outside eating area in the rear balcony of a standing structure

The renovation of Becky's Diner increased the square footage of the existing restaurant from 2,000 to 7,500, including a banquet center. All renovations occurred during normal hours of operation while the restaurant remained open for business serving the public. We upgraded all electrical and mechanical systems as well as all the interior finishes to increase seating and food services.
