We converted dilapidated restaurant into a modern and efficient ice cream making facility and retail establishment. The building had to be repaired at key structural locations due to the years of remodeling that transpired. Great Falls worked closely with the local code enforcement team to re-nurture this relic into the sound structure that it is today. The building received all new interior finishes, mechanical and electrical upgrades.
